SouthStar eyes $50M residential project in Cool Springs

SouthStar LLC expects to submit plans next week seeking the rezoning of 25 acres the developer owns at 1222 Liberty Pike in Cool Springs to allow a $50 million residential project.

The filing for the project, which will have an assisted living component, comes as SouthStar is pursuing 21 adjacent acres that owner Duke Realty Corp. has been marketing.
