Downtown Nashville Dollar General building sold

Fresh Hospitality now owns the three-story, 30,000-square-foot building at 221 Fifth Ave. N. with a Dollar General discount retail store in street-level space.

The Nashville-based restaurant group plans to put a restaurant on the ground-floor of the building, which it just bought for $3.4 million.

Fresh Hospitality also is considering flexible office space for the top floors, said Matt Bodnar, a partner in the company.
