Residential project slated for West Nashville

A 37-unit residential development is slated for 14 acres in West Nashville.

The Tennessean reports that the development will include single-family homes and town homes off Robertson Road. The property is currently owned by a family that includes Gina Emmanuel, of Centric Architecture. MiKeN Development LLC will coordinate the development, according to the newspaper.

The 37 units are planned for a 3-acre portion of the property. Conversations are ongoing about what will be done with the other 11 acres, property that includes The Mulch Co., at 665 Vernon Ave.
