David Weekley Homes has bought five lots on Glen Echo Road in Green Hills with plans to build homes in the high-$600,000s to mid-$700,000s price range.
The nation’s largest private homebuilder paid $1.23 million for the lots. Houston-based David Weekley also has lots under contract elsewhere in Green Hills and in Hendersonville, where it is preparing to build at the Durham Farms subdivision.
