West Nashville project changes to condos, townhomes

The residential project that Nashville-based MiKeN Development and its investment partner HR Properties plan for 4.5 acres in West Nashville will be condos and townhomes instead of apartments.

Developer Michael Kenner said the change was prompted by feedback from neighbors in the Robertson Road area on the west side of Briley Parkway from The Nations neighborhood.
