About Brandon

Real estate is a passion that has been ingrained in me for many years.  Having a grandfather that was in the construction business and numerous other family members that are in various facets of real estate, I knew from an early age what I was destined to pursue.

Prior to starting my real estate career, I grew up in Owensboro, KY (there is a Brandon C. Sheriff that currently lives in Owensboro — that is not me) and was the Salutatorian of my high school class.  I attended the University of Kentucky, graduating with a double major in Economics and Finance.

Through hard work, I was able to make the National Dean’s List every semester and attain the Summa Cum Laude distinction.  I then decided to continue my education and pursue an MBA.  I include these details to convey to potential clients that I have worked hard my whole life (it’s all I know), and that has continued in my profession.  I was rarely the smartest person in the class, and I was the Social Chair in my fraternity!

Immediately after graduate school, I moved to Middle Tennessee and started my real estate career.  I obtained my Real Estate License in 2009.  I have also worked as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2006.  Along the way, I have invested in real estate in both Tennessee and Kentucky.  I have always believed that being an appraiser and investor has made me a better agent.  This multi-faceted approach is the underlying foundation for the Total Advantage concept.

When not immersed in my career, I enjoy spending time with my wife Rachel, son William, daughter Frances, family and friends, watching sporting events, golfing, and following financial markets.

When you are selling and/or purchasing a home, I understand that it is an incredibly important process.  You need to put your trust in an individual that provides the most beneficial service and takes it as seriously as you do.  I truly believe that person is me!

Let me know how I can help!

All the best,

Brandon
