Boutique hotel to target bachelor, bachelorette parties

Add the co-founder of Brentwood-based athletic sock company Swiftwick to developers pursuing boutique hotel projects near downtown Nashville.

Mark Cleveland, also chief executive of radio-controlled product company Hobby Express, is pursuing The ONE Nashville hotel.

The $18 million, 12-story, 117-room hotel planned at 400 Lafayette St. will target conventioneers during the week and bachelor and bachelorette parties on weekends.
