Brad and Gina Pollack enjoyed the lock-and-leave convenience of living in an apartment but missed the privacy and financial benefits of owning a home. Buying a townhome was the perfect solution.
“There’s no yard work, and the price of our townhome is about $40 more than the rent I was paying,” said Brad Pollack.
The couple purchased a townhome built by Ole South in Spring Hill’s Woodland Trace subdivision. Demand in the neighborhood has been strong since they moved in last February.
“They’re going fast,” he said.
