Six-unit townhome project planned in Germantown

Infill developer Core Development Services has received conceptual approval for a six-unit townhome project in Germantown where a one-story, three-unit 1960s-era triplex stands.

After the Metro Development and Housing Agency’s design review committee gave approval Tuesday, Nashville-based Core is expected to seek specific plan zoning from the Metro Planning Commission for the project planned for 1329 Seventh Ave. N. The triplex, which is across from Rolf and Daughters restaurant, will be razed.
