Developer now plans condos on site next to First Tennessee Park

The would-be buyer of Nashville’s Stock-Yard Restaurant now plans to build a condo project on the 3.3-acre site.

Charlotte, N.C.-based Llewellyn Development LLC has been under contract to buy the site for about a year. Original plans called for a 300-unit apartment project, but The Tennessean reports that Llewellyn now plans a four- or five-story condo project.
