Cool Springs’ Ovation tenants to be announced in fall

FRANKLIN – Those curious about the tenants headed to the Ovation development under construction in Cool Springs will have to wait a few more months.

SouthStar LLC President Glenn McGehee said residents should expect one announcement of several tenants to take place sometime this fall. So far, restaurants 3 Palms Pizzeria and Flip Side burgers, along with Pinstripes, a venue featuring bowling, bocce ball and a bistro, have formally been announced.

SouthStar and Highwoods Properties are co-developing the 147-acre site at the intersection of McEwen Drive and Carothers Parkway.
