A developer who wants to build a network of affordable condo buildings across Nashville will test the market Wednesday night at a pre-sale event for his first project, called Solo East.
A groundbreaking on the project is still about six weeks away, but developer Bruce McNeilage is anticipating a crowd upward of 500 people for the 130 units he’s selling, which won’t be move-in ready until late August 2016, assuming construction stays on track. As of Tuesday morning, 490 people had signed up in hopes of buying a unit.
