A trio of Nashville developers are staking their claim on Charlotte Avenue, which has emerged as the city’s final major thoroughfare with land waiting to be developed.
The group paid $675,000 on Tuesday for about 0.4 acres. The land is located just outside of Interstate 440, in close proximity to a range of apartments, office and retail projects that are under construction.
