George Jones’ former Franklin home sold for $1.98M

Late country music star George Jones’ widow has sold the couple’s former Franklin home and the nearly 25 acres it sits on for $1.98 million.

Nancy Jones sold the property at 4025 Nestledown Drive to Nathan B. and Patricia A. Overton. “They and members of their extended family plan on living there,” said John O. Belcher, a Nashville attorney for the Dickson couple.
