Five-story apartment building planned in Wedgewood-Houston

Construction could begin this fall on a five-story apartment building in South Nashville’s budding Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, now that Metro Council has agreed to a zoning change.

The council gave final approval Tuesday to Wedgewood Lofts, a 150-unit building planned by Nashville’s Aerial Development Group. The building will include 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
