The county, whose population is growing faster than any of the 94 others in Tennessee, remains the long-favored destination for corporate relocations and white-collar headquarters.
The initial three dozen projects on our Williamson Watch map include the massive Ovation mixed-use development, a residential community with a planned golf course designed by Tiger Woods, the biggest project H.G. Hill Realty Co. has ever done, and well more than $100 million of potential investment in downtown Franklin.
