A local investment partnership is planning a mixed-use project for the former location of Edgefield Restaurant in East Nashville’s Five Points district.
On behalf of CBRE broker Jim Foley, along with his partners Doug Martin and Justin Prince, architect Preston Quirk plans to seek conceptual approval Tuesday from the Metro Development and Housing Agency’s design review committee.
The men have a ground lease on the property at 105 S. 11th St. Plans call for a three-story project called East Sider, which will face South 11th Street and have retail space on the main level.
